Madrasah PGIP Hadiwijaya adalah madrasah putri yang pertama kali didirikan di eks Karesidenan Pati. Semula bernama "Madrasah Islam Banat" didirikan pada tanggal 8 Muharrom 1359 H/ 1940 M oleh KH. Ahmad Fahrur Rozi Nawawi dan Ibu nyai Rusmiyati.
